I am interest in getting certifications in A+, Network+, CNNA and other Tittles. Which certification issuing body will be most acceptable, in the sense of looking for a job in an IT industries in United States

I would suggest that you friend an IT company and question them which of the listed qualifications that they would regard as the most valuable to a prospective employee.
