Is the University holding you back with worthless wasteful classes, that only boost the University profits.
A graduate visited one of my upper division classes, and he said that our class, not only was the repetition of a high teach class but it did not existed during his graduation in the early 90′s?
He was talking in this area high teach geometry,proofs of isosceles triangles, rectangles,obtuse angles,right angle,lines, etc,simple elementary geometry teached by a cripple instructor Mr Bishop which spend 50% of the class time giving instructions to his aid then the aid posting the class then trying to re-establish an already exposed geometry.
Any body taking such a waste full class at Cal state University L.A or other teach.
Classes which only in the classroom exist or taken before like High Teach Biology again in at a state University or Sex education which is no uncommon then Anatomy for high teach.?
HS classes and the cognate equivalents in college are determined by the STATE dept of Education.
Well they are not.
attacking the facts doesn’t change them.
In addition I’m not writing in this area corresponding courses but the not corresponding thus why universities are profiting using none corresponding courses.

Yes and no to your question. It really depends on what programs you take in University. Also taking courses that have no fastidious meaning does not mean that they are useless. Its better to broaden your understanding.

Also, the reason that you’re probably in these lower-level courses is because you did poorly on a placement test, so don’t blame the teach because you obviously didn’t do well enough in high teach math and now you have to re-take corresponding courses.

Response#1: Businesses have for years, complained that graduates cannot reckon. This is obviously supported by you claim here. There is of course, no value to offering/requiring that you take courses in the humanities, arts, sciences, math(s) and other ‘unimportant’ things. The general education courses are there to meet the needs of YOUR government, which through its illustrious outgoing Secretary f Education, MS. margaret Spellings, has chose that college graduates should exhibit critical, mathematical, and scientific reasoning skills, and be able to communicate in written and oral form, and be notebook literate. Now noone with as much education as yourself may possibly argue that these are indeed necessary skills in the business planet. So you win top 31.

Response #2: Your ‘graduate’ has the obvious life experience to speak for all of us who have to deal with new graduates who cannot read, write, denote, speak well, conduct themselves with proper decorum, or present solid evidence that they are indeed ready to do the jobs we need done………… Your discusion of your handicapped HS instructor is nice indeed, but your anecdotal evidence is NOT sufficient to stand in this incite, where we require empirical evidence, not hearsay. Using ONE case to prove a pont is NOT convincing evidence… you should have challenged this ‘so-called “expert” on his testimony’. Shame on you for falling for this ruse.
