Anyone know of any good online courses regarding Information Technology (IT)?

Question by Chris M: Anyone know of any excellent online courses a propos Information Technology (IT)?
I have recently exposed that I am interested in becoming an IT and wanted to know if:
1. Does anyone know of a excellent online teach for the subject? (Due to 40 hour work week I cannot attend a college w/o quitting, nor do I have a car.)
2. Are there any tips to get my feet wet in the field?
3. What classes I should take to become one?
