You should be able to get some of your general education requirements (English, math, science, etc.) out of the way. A pre-dental program usually includes lots of science classes to prepare you for dental teach. Research some dental schools online to see just so what their admission requirements are.
Please be cautious that many sketchy online colleges prey on military: the credits are worthless and can’t be transferred to legitimate colleges. To get into dental teach, you will need the best possible undergraduate education you can- from a respected college. Colleges that are perfectly (or mainly) online tend to be low-feature and not well-respected.
I would recommend signing up with a real college (state college/university or even community college) that’s based close to home (or wherever you plot to be with you get out of the military). Take online classes for now, and then end up when you’re home. Don’t let scammers steal your education benefits.
