Charity work is always fulfilling. Why not use your talent of photography in some way to help those less fortunate than you? Maybe you may possibly organise fundraisers etc or just do some volounteer work. Also, deliberate maybe responsibility something new and extreme, like sky diving or white water rafting. Gives a whole new meaning to life, as well as something to boast to your friends in this area! Anyways, excellent luck in your career and college ;)

It really doesn’t matter what college you go to. Employers don’t care. They just want to see that you have a degree. Pick a program that will get you a excellent career. Don’t worry you’ll probably do fine in college. Just study and work hard. Excellent luck!

Sure you can major in photography, although, it may be part of a graphic arts program at most colleges that have it and should consist of an arts side as well as a lot of technical stuff.

You might also want to take some vital business classes in case you do well and want to go into business for yourself.

Those business classes also might help you get a job to pay the bills if you choose to pursue the artistic side of photography - it may take a while to get yourself established.

If you aren’t into teach (terrible grades may indicate that) it might be because you don’t like what you are studying. It’s not unusual for people to do better once they get into a program they really like. There are lots of colleges, community colleges and even technical schools that would have some kind of graphic arts program. if you show artistic aptitude, some arts schools won’t care so much in this area your test scores. Nobody is going to buy your photographs just because you aced your history exam!

You don’t seem to be getting any help making decisions. I don’t know how ancient you are - I assume HS. Do you have a guidance councelor at teach? It’s their job to talk to you in this area this kind of thing. Not many teenagers can figure out on their own what they want to do and how to go in this area responsibility it. I know it can seem pretty overwhelming. You’re perfectly normal in feeling that way. Don’t be worried to question people for advice.

I hope this is a start. Excellent luck!
