I want to go teach in hopes to run a small pastry shop. I found this course program at a community college, it’s a certifications of small business operations. Is this excellent?

It’ll probably give you the basics, sure. Do you absolutely need a college program to start a small business? No, but having some foundation will help you avoid common pitfalls (e.g., common start-up mistakes, understanding legal/tax issues before they bite you in the ass, etc.) and also help you get in touch with a network of students and faculty who can help you in the future. Probably a excellent thought.
