Question by Ian: If someone takes a picture of you and puts it in your college teach newspaper, does it break any law?
The photographer just questioned if I was a student, and I said yes. He then questioned for my name and I gave him my first name but my boss cut me off. Can I do anything legally in this area this?

Generally not. Anyone can take a picture of people in a public house - including where you work. It only violates a law if you are not in a public house or visible from a public house. So, in small, too terrible.
