Question by Meta: Who is majoring/majored in Information Science and Technology?
This is my major right now. Im at a community college finishing my 2nd year and am going to transfer to a 4 year. I cant find what courses i would take in those next 2 years. Does anyone know what to expect in ur closing 2 years? Will there be a lot of programming courses? Im taking my 3rd java course, and i despise it. I thought notebook science was the more programming/math major and information science and tech was less. So wth!

the very treacherous thing in this area com. college is that the courses you take towards a “major” dont always transfer. The best thing you can do for yourself is look at the curriculum sheet of the university you’re plotting on attending. Then call the registrar and see what transfers and what doesn’t. 4-years are notorius for being stubborn
