I know i said i was going to do music in college but they’re full up at the moment so i might want to try and open my own business…..the shops in my area aren’t that excellent or have a excellent diversity of things (foreign movies/comics) so that’s what i want to do…anyway does anyone know how to start up your own business shop?….what degree’s do i need?

I did a NC Computing course in 2006 at James Watt college…..and here’s what i passed:
PC Passport: Internet
PC Passport:Word Processing
PC Passport:Spreadsheet

When i did my high teach exams i can only remember what i got:

Certainly try out the small business association website and the IRS website. Both have numerous assets for small businesses and starting one. Because of the way the economy is now, it is very hard to start your own business without solid experience in management or directly correlated to your business among other things.

A degree isn’t necessary to own your own business. If you work in an industry and learn the rigging, you can establish or buy a like business. Many times “on the job training” more than qualifies a person to be a business owner and quite frankly the experienced gained is far more valuable than someone with a degree with no experience. Of course accounting knowledge is required be it via experience, adult night teach, or formal education. Excellent luck.
