i have often see like this B.Tech mechanical engineering & BE mechanical engineering in engineering colleges is this the same course?

They are nearly the same thing.
-You End up responsibility the same Syllabus
-i thnk the only diff is that what BE have in 1 sem the BTech have in a further and viceversa.

All universities offer engineering has B.tech and affliated colleges offer it has B.E. you will have same syllabus but responsibility it in uncommon semesters.
