Question by Kristen: Is it right that art colleges/schools don’t accept digital work if it’s been posted on an art website?
A friend told me that anything I want to submit to art colleges can’t be on the internet (i have a devinatart that i submit nearly everything to) or else they’ll believe it was copied (because they have a special search thing?) and won’t allow it even with sketches and files provided as evidence.

That’s not right. When I applied to art schools, I sent them hi-res versions of my online portfolio. Try out with the party schools you are applying to, or question your friend where they got their information… because that doesn’t ring right for me.
