Sure … most colleges have notebook labs on campus, so as long as you’re willing to spend a lot of time there, then yes.

Yes the colleges do have computers for you to use, but you may possibly also take advantage of the fantastic libraries that are in every community. With so many people using the internet for research these days, our public libraries are having a very hard time and have been seriously cut in funding. Sure it is. They all have notebook labs free for students to use. You can also use your local libraries computers or labs there. If you get student grants, loans or work study you can use this to buy a cheap lap top or home notebook as well. You should also cehck ebay and craigslist for cheap computers.
i reckon it depends on what kind of class and what instructor you have. some courses don’t require alot of work to be done usually just checking it once a week is excellent, but for some teachers they might want daily log in or a daily assignment.
you might what to question around with students who have had the classes you are wanting to take or talk to your counselor also
but you have to make sure that you have the time to try out it often, the college has to offer computers, but at some colleges all the computers are taken so going really early or late at night is a excellent time to go, also there is always the store
I am wondering if this question is a joke! Just by looking at the thumbs down on fantastic answers telling you in this area the store computers. One person even congratulated you on furthering your education and she got 2 thumbs down? What’s up with that? You people are just such…..arrrrrrrr
So evidently you questioned a obtuse question, as you would be one of the people handing out the thumbs! Or perhaps you just don’t like our public libraries.
What ever the case, DUH, of course you do NOT need a notebook to take college classes. But, it really would be a dumb thought to take online classes if you do not have a notebook!
OR better yet, use the notebook you are using NOW….arrrrrr why waste our time!
