An EMT certification won’t get you a rank. If you have 60 college credits, it will get you promoted.

you have to start at the underneath. EMT certification is only a trade, not a college credit
Hey Nick I answered your other EMT question also.
If your goal is to be a nurse try out into the Navy. Since you have an EMT Cert and if you have college credits towards a health check degree they are your best bet. The Navy really has Nursing programs where you can join, and they will send you to teach to be an actual nurse.
Now, in reality I know nothing in this area this program for specifics, only what I have heard from people. Talk to a Navy recruiter for specifics.
For this specific question, every AF base offers college classes. But, they do not offer nursing programs that I have ever seen. You can get vital degrees, but nursing, doctors, that is to much. Hopefully someone else gives you a better answer, but from all the classes that I have seen nursing was never offered.
