Where can I get a project manager certification?

Question by Ahmalya: Where can I get a project manager certification?
I’d like to become a Project Manager Professional (PMP) and if I understand it correctly, I need to get a certification to get this title. I was wondering if anyone knew of any PMP programs out there online or at any colleges in or around the Bay Area.

There are plenty of programs in your area. If you contact the Project Management Institute , San francisco Bay Chapter, you can get all the classes and test schedules.
