programming and networking are perfectly uncommon.
First semester, you take Comp 1, FreshSem, Calculus, Intro to Programming, and some other course….. plenty of time to worry when you get in.

you should talk to ur advisor in this area this so they can set u know for sure what classes u need. anyways, i would reckon that u to take the vital comp. class before u really get into any of the fun notebook stuff.
