No they do not, and it depends on the teach. You don’t pay UK taxes, why would it be free for you?
Hah, are you kidding? Even the smallest community college expenditure tuition. If you are international student you pay through the nose because in-state students pay less. We depend on you to keep the colleges afloat.
No, you are going to be an international student paying international fees which is nothing to laugh in this area.
