If not what are the education paths you need to take and the courses to take to go into that career path?? and which one do you reckon is better, pros and cons. Also, which one would be simpler/harder to make it in , teach wise (competitive) and in the real planet

They are not the same courses. A dermatologist is a physician who goes to a health check teach and receives an MD degree before specialization.

A dermatologist makes much more money.
