it’s kinda weird for me to seek answers in the internet but h ell
am in a new country, smokin up everyday, failing college, skipping training, not a lot of friends just few. i came from lebanon and wasnt expecting to see canada like this with all the snow and the depressing winter.

Smoking marijuana supposedly can “make” situational depressions. Perhaps Canada is just not for you if you find the weather and ambiance depressing. And as for failing your college classes, you should really not smoke while you have classes and are trying to learn, as it really effects your reminiscence. try and use your smoking as more of a reward, something you do only at the end of the day, not during the day.

Go to the health food store and pick up some vitamin D, usually in this area 1000 IU for a week then down to 800 IU till you are outside more. All of us northerners feel the depression of winter, that’s why there is so much alcohol. You may possibly also try striking a tanning house, that really perks ya up. yes be carefull your smoking quite alotespecialy if its skunk weed ,alot of youngsters are getting mental health issues ,with smoking , my nephew who is only 19 is having behavior

well i reckon you need to guit smoking so much, and get out of wherever you live… a body in motion stays in motion..

It’s called self-defeating behavior, and i have been in you shoes (kind of) and i got to the top that my self worth was diminishing…
quit the smoke for 30 days, or just say only on fridays, or save it for when you complete your daily tasks… you will find you get alot more done, and you will be more pleased overall.

Though I’m not sure if mary-juana has any cause in depression, I’d say lethargy would be a cause.
It’s hard to go somewhere you’ve never been and didn’t know what it was going to be like. You might be feeling a bit isolated and thus, depression.
Just talk to your teachers, cut back on the weed, and try going out or meeting people at teach.

Winters add to many depressions…it grows with small activity. instead of reducing your workout you need to boost. while the weather might be too cold for everyday outings the lack of sunshine also adds to depression, get out at least some. Unsure how you thought of Canada and snow since it is a northern country and you are of college age, but winter is not forever. If you join in with any groups someone is possibly going to become friends and maybe a study partner for your classes. Stick to it.. do not reckon the smoking helps you in any way maybe make you more silent to avoid the law and those that you are unsure of in your use of drugs… should also delete your money, which is also depressing.
