Because usually people playing a sport in a college level trains all year for that fastidious sport right?
Like im talkin in this area basketball and track

Yes Chad Jones, who was just terribly injured in a car accident, played football and baseball for LSU. He is just one of many, as long as the seasons don’t clash, you can play more than one sport.
