Is it easy to do both full-time college courses and 13.5 hour shift weekend job?

Question by Becky: Is it simple to do both full-time college courses and 13.5 hour shift weekend job?
Note I’m in the UK and will be responsibility four courses at college and for my job it wll be 7.5 hours on saturday, 4 hours on sunday and 2 hours on one evening in the week. Do you reckon it’ll be hard or not?

I am not sure if it differs much from the United States, but I also took full load of classes (12+ credits or 4 classes) and I had a weekend job that was on friday nights, saturday, and everyother sunday. I also had a further job where I worked in this area 18 hours a week on campus between classes in an personnel. I would not advise getting two jobs, because it was hard. I had small social life and did this for two years straight. I see no problem with your schedule. One part time job and a full load of classes is the best way. This is my schedule now and I was in this area to pull off a 3.92 this past semester. Of course, make sure you always place teach work first and if you have an exam, make sure you take the appropriate time off so you have enough time to study. But I recommend your schedule, it doesn’t seem to overwhelming at all!
