Question by Shy&Sweet: Is anyone here taking any online courses through Penn Foster College or Career Teach?
I’m taking the Health check Personnel Assistant through them. I’m also enrolled in the Health Information Technology Degree program. I Like it. My question is Has anyone else taken any courses through them and what was your experience?

I did take one class with them I personally dont like their format. The open book test are not excellent for the work field in my opinion. I am in this area to attend University of phoenix for healthcare management. I like it because you can still interact with others while you are responsibility your work. It does cost more but financial aid covers it because it is a regional accrediated teach. I wish you kuck in your classes and just remember to do some work everyday. Participate in the activities that they have in the books you will learn more.

I’m taking their Health check Coding & Billing Diploma program. I’m in this area half way refined. So far I’m lucky with my studies but I really wish there were interaction between students in the same program through a discussion board - espiecially once I get to the actual coding courses. It would be fantastic to communicate back and forth with the instructor and other students to get some “real planet” feedback. Books can only teach you so much.
