Can biotechnology become a doctor?

Question by SKyLaR: Can biotechnology become a doctor?
Can i become a doctor if i study biotechnology? Im trying to transfer course (currently information technology) but confuse because my polytechnic cause only offers 5 science course and this one looks like a course for a doctor-to-be. If not what cause in aa polytechnic or college makes me a doctor?

They use robotic open heart surgery at the hospital I work at.. the cardiologist and thoracic surgeon just use a joy stick and some buttons from what I know.. That’s pretty bionic if you question me
