I have never heard of a university offering courses online for free. I reckon their highest profits in the coming years will be from online students (no buildings and other expenditure). There are some website that offer discounted tuition, mainly if the university is in your state. Inner Michigan University is an qualified higher education institution that offers select four year degrees and classes online. Inner Texas College is also an qualified higher education institution that offers two year degrees. Of course, both charge tuition. Some schools offer their online students instate tuition. Just look around
