Question by I’m an athlete: I’m starting college football next month. Whats it like? Any tips?
I’m leaving August 10th to start training camp the next day. I’ll be a freshman. I’m playing at the D3 level. I was just wondering what a college training camp is like? Are you overworked? Do the coaches care in this area the players health? Any tips on how to land at least a spot on special teams as a freshman? Thankfulness in advance.

I did not start playing football in anticipation of my 2nd year of junior college, at age 19. Usually, college coaches care in this area the health of his players, and do not overwork them, during training camp.

What you need to do this summer is eat healthy, and exercise by responsibility a lot of running every day. If you do these two things, you will get into better shape for your college football training camp, as well as momentously improve your chances of earning at least a spot on special teams on your college football team this season.
