Question by me: Am I able to take college courses in 10th grade at local community college?
I am now approaching my 10th grade year in high school and I was wondering if I am able to take courses at local community colleges this year. Also if I take general courses required in college can these credits transfer when it is time for me to go to college?

My local community colleges are Wayne county community college and oakland community college. I plan on attending Howard, Michigan State, or U of M.
yes it is possibe but people looking at secondary and primmary school may not know about college courses

Yes, you have to have a certain GPA and your parents sign a form, as well as your school, submit it to the college and you can enroll.
Yes, the credits will transfer.

Depends on what school but they should be fine with it. I do it all the time; currently in 11th grade and taking 3 courses at the local junior college.
Yes, the credits transfer, just make sure your counselor sends the college the transcripts and DON’T fail any classes, hah.
